How To Trace Your Order
Congratulation on placing your order! To keep an eye on the parcel’s status, we are providing step-by-step guide to trace your parcel.
Product shipped from our international warehouse will be processed and shipped out of the international warehouse within 24-48 hours. In normal situations, parcel will arrive Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, USA, UK within 7-12 days. Shipping time table, Shipping method are listed on the SHIPPING information tab on every product page. Tracking code and tracking website will be issued within 24-48 hours from time of order.
Note: Shipment delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors outside our control.
Step. 1 Log in into your Kumoten account, at the left panel of your "Dashboard" click "MY ORDERS" and then click "Completed Orders".
Step. 2 Choose the order that you would like to trace. Select the button under “Action” tab.
Step. 3Scroll down to the bottom, you will find the Shipment History with tracking number. Copy the "Tracking Number".
Note: Our system will update the tracking status within 48 hours after the order is made. If orders are made on weekends or a public holiday, tracking status will be updated on the coming weekday.
Step. 4If the Shipment Company is Pos Laju, please proceed to Pos Laju tracking website.
Paste the tracking number into the tracking box and click “TRACK”. Your parcel’s status will be shown!
Note: Please allow some time for Pos Laju's system to update the tracking status.
If the Shipment Company is not Poslaju, please procced to the given webpage to trace your parcel. http://www.lwe.com.hk/tracking/track (refer to the image below).
Copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking box and click “Track”.
When the parcel has arrived in Malaysia, you may trace your parcel from the Pos Laju website (follow step 4).
